Gravel Ride + Mudslinger XC climbs

37.5 Miles and 4100 ft. No rain and slightly overdressed. Perfect weather. Scott and I rode from Bald Hill parking lot out to blodgett via cardwell hill, harrisbridge rd, to TumTum. Did the 1st Mudslinger climb and even took the first Single Track off of SuperTree. A little rough on gravel bikes but doable. 2nd climb is the hardest climb, went past the 2nd set of single track and continued on gravel. Just a couple of questionable turns where we had to double check our GPS, but otherwise no issues. Harrisbridge Rd is like concrete right now pretty amazing when it's dry. Mudslinger climbs were a little duffy with some limbs all over, but nothing Mike Ripely can't handle before the race.

Tacovore 30 for 40 Gravel Ride. 30 miles 4000 ft.

4 of us. It was awesome until we hit 1500 ft. Chip Ross, Dimple, Vineyard, and last was McCulloch. About 500 ft short of McCulloch summit, but 2 ft of snow was too much.

The weather man definitely phoned it in. 4 of us braved the unexpected snow fall on Vineyard. Despite the unexpected weather with a low of 28, and a high of 37, the consensus was that it was still BETTER than riding indoors.
